Katelyn Liu has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science and Engineering. With 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry and analytics, she made a switch to the banking industry to get more exposure of consumer database. Currently she works as Campaign Design and Execution Manager at RBC. As part of the overall CRM team, she has been working to design and execute campaigns to optimize execution efficiency as well as increasing client response rate.
